Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This policy describes the data processed by PONDUS PLUMA, both in the Scroll Games mobile app and on the ponduspluma.com website.

1. The principle

Scroll Games works without a user account. To play, you do not need to register or provide an email address, a phone number or any identity. We run no server storing your progress: it stays on your device.

2. Data kept on your device

The app stores locally what it needs to function. This data never leaves your phone, is not sent to us, and disappears if you uninstall the app.

DataPurpose
Display preferencesRemember theme, sound and vibration settings.
Best scoresTrack your progress game by game.
Pin collectionShow your progress per game and the pins you have unlocked.
Play historyAdapt the feed order to what you actually play.
Daily streakShow how regularly you play.
Preferred themesPersonalise the categories offered.
"Ad-free" purchaseDisable ads if you have bought it.

3. Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). To select and measure those ads, Google may collect certain data, in particular your device advertising identifier, technical device information and your interactions with the ads.

This processing is Google's:

Consent in the European Economic Area

If you live in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent form is shown on first launch. If you decline, the app works normally and shows non-personalised ads. You can change this choice at any time in the settings.

Advertising identifier

Independently of the app, your phone lets you reset or delete this identifier, under Settings › Google › Ads on Android.

4. Beta sign-up

If you sign up on our website, we keep your email address, the sign-up date and your IP address, the latter solely to limit automated sign-ups.

This information stays on our hosting, is passed to no third party, is used only to contact you about the beta, and is deleted at the latest when the programme ends. You may request its deletion at any time at support@ponduspluma.com. Signing up is optional.

5. Cookies and site analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and see which pages are read. No advertising is served on the site and no advertising profile is built here.

This measurement only starts once you agree. Until you answer the banner, and if you decline, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. The Cookies link at the bottom of every page reopens the banner: you can change your mind at any time. Your answer is kept for six months, after which you are asked again.

ItemPurposeLifetime
pp-consent (local storage)Remember your answer to the banner. Stored whether you accept or decline: without it, the question would come back on every page.6 months
_ga, _ga_<id> (cookies)Tell visitors and sessions apart. Set by Google Analytics, only if you accept.2 years

Google is responsible for processing this data: Google privacy policy. Regardless of the banner, a browser add-on published by Google lets you block the measurement across every site you visit.

6. What we do not do

7. Permissions

The app requests Internet access, solely to load ads. No other sensitive permission is required: the games run entirely offline.

8. Your rights

Since game data stays on your device, uninstalling erases everything. For data processed by Google, please contact Google via the links in section 3. For any question, write to support@ponduspluma.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in France, the CNIL.

9. Children

Scroll Games is aimed at a general audience and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.

10. Changes

This policy may change to reflect developments in the app or in regulation. The update date is shown at the top of this page.

To be completed before publication

This document is written from how the app actually works. The studio's legal form, registered address and company number still need to be filled in, and the text reviewed by a legal professional.
